Service Engineering :

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting customers from technical perspective such as on-site service, installation, troubleshooting/breakdown, upgrade/update, training customer, remote assistance, spare parts etc.
• Maintain warm relationship with customers
• Participate of development of upgrade kit
• Advise customer on technical essentials such as how to operate and maintain machines etc.
• Represent Dubuit’s values and expertise
• Organisation of service trip
• Service report
• Modification on site on request
• Initiate maintenance plan such as predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance
• Check machine wiring integrity and standard functioning
• Troubleshooting and PLC program modification
• Utilization of time and resources constructively when not under immediate supervision
• Online customer support (phone, emails,…)
• Participate in production when have free time from service
• Coordinate with the customer service team
• Working together with Service manager
• Report to Service manager

Requirements/Qualification:

• Technical bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, automation or other relevant disciplines
• 5 years of experience in technical service
• Able to drive with driving license
• Able to travel most of the time
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and leadership skills
• Have knowledge in industrial wiring process and electrical diagram
• Have knowledge in mechanical and assembly
• Must be able to program common industrial PLC
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to work in a teamwork, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with all stakeholders and customers

Automation Engineer :

Skill requested: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in automation engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a software and electrical engineering.
• Experience in packaging or printing industry will be an advantage
• Deep knowledge in PLC, HMI and servos programming.
• Experience with Schneider and Omron will be an advantage
• Good command in English (TOEIC score will be an advantage)
• Good computer skill (Work and Excel)
• Able to work under pressure.
• Problem solving skills and pronounced attention to details.
• Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks.

Your Tasks:

• Study the feasibility of the project and propose technical solutions in order to improve machines quality, productivity and meet the customer satisfaction.
• Create electrical diagrams and software for prototypes and new equipment.
• Create and update BOM in order to launch in production.
• Assist electrical technician in machine wiring.
• Conduct complete machine testing to validate new electrical designs.
• Report weekly to the Electrical Manager.
• Handle other duties which may be assigned by the Electrical Manager.

Qualification :

1. Thai nationality, Male
2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in automation engineering or related field.
3. At least 5 years’ experience as a software and electrical engineering.
4.  Experience in packaging or printing industry will be an advantage
5. Deep knowledge in PLC, HMI and servos programming.
6. Experience with Schneider and Omron will be an advantage.
7. Good command in English (TOEIC score will be an advantage)
